Problem: Salum is a physically disabled young man. He has completed his primary school education, and wants to be an electrician. He doesn't have the tools he needs, nor the transport to take him to work where he is an apprentice electrician. He uses a tricycle to move around.

Interests: Salum wants formal education as an electrician, and needs an electrician's tool box to repair household electrical appliances.
